Job Description
Position Summary • The successful candidate will provide technical support services for our server, storage and backup infrastructure, working in collaboration with our global infrastructure team. As a member of a small European based team the position demands strong customer service skills providing support both locally and to remote customers. Part of this role requires providing level 1 phone support, solving technical problems and providing desk-side support to our user community. The broad spectrum of skills demanded of this position requires a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn new technologies and push boundaries.
Qualification • 3+ Years work experience supporting a Microsoft/Unix environment. A technical certification is preferred but may be substituted by equivalent experience.
Profile, Skills and General Experience • Candidates should have strong interpersonal and documentation skills as well as technical skills. Languages: English and German. A passion for the outdoors is an asset.
Technical Skills required include:
