Black Diamond ain’t like most companies. And that’s why we work here. We live and work in the mountains, skiing before work, climbing after in the Wasatch Mountains that are right behind the offices. We get to spend our workdays designing and building the world’s best climbing, skiing and mountain gear. Plus, we can bring our dogs to work. How sweet is all that?!

We’re also psyched to have the best team of sponsored skiers and climbers out there, athletes that are pushing the limits and redefining what’s possible. They are a huge asset to Black Diamond, providing not only design feedback and field testing but also inspiring us to keep charging and never produce anything but the best gear possible.
